Day 1 Tangier Arrival

Arrive at the Tangier Airport, assistance and private transfer to your hotel

day 2 Tangier - Tetouane - Chefchaouen

Morning city tour of Tangier will include  the old medina of Tangier, American Legation, the Mendoubia and Gardens, Petit Souko and Grand Souko, Matisse Itinerary, cap Spartel and its beaches, Hercules caves, the corniches and the Museum of the Kasbah.

Afternoon, head off towards Chefchaouen via Tetouan city, called the White Dove. Tetouan lies along the Martil Valley and is one of two major ports of Morocco on the Mediterranean Sea.

day 3 Chefchaouen - Meknes - Fes

Having breakfast at the hotel,

Morning brief city tour of the blue city, Chefchaouen. You don't skip strolling among the magnificent blue-washed walls, taking some of your best-photographing shots. Walking the alleyways will lead you to the Kasbah, shops, and restaurants. Moreover, you can try traditional Moroccan cuisine in one of the local restaurants.

Afternoon departure to Fes. Going past Ouazzane, the way to Fes will take us along large and beautiful farmland, where different kinds of vegetables and fruits are grown.

As an ancient Roman city, Volubilis is proof that the Romans inhabited the lands of Morocco. We'll stroll this breathtaking Roman site through its grandeur and well-preserved ruins. You'll discover the Roman ruins guided by a local guide, as you can walk on your own to capture more amazing photos.

After 40 minutes, driving will drop us in the imperial city of Meknes, where we visit one of the most amazing gates in the world, Bab Mansour. Besides, we'll visit El-Lhdim Square, Qara prison, and Moulay Ismail Mausoleum.

We'll drive to Fes.  Overnight in a riad or hotel.

Day 4 Fes

Explore the cultural and spiritual center of Morocco during this full day tour of Fes. Also known as Fes el Bali, this UNESCO World Heritage Site was founded in the 9th century, and is home to the world's oldest university.

Highlights of the tour will be observing the vast tanneries from a family home for this unique view, and the spice souk, El Attarine, without doubt the most vibrant in Fes. The henna and wood working souks are located in the Nejjarine neighborhood and the scent of cedar wood is noticeable. The main plaza is planted with trees and provides a shaded haven from the warm sun. Various natural products derived from henna are sold here. Nejjarine is also where the fabric dyers are located; wool and cotton are treated and you can see the colours used floating along the streets after the rinsing.

Day 5 Fes - Ifrane - Errachidia - Merzouga

Today, in the morning, we will say goodbye to Fes and make our way via the Middle Atlas cross Imouzzer Kandar and Ifrane. We will undoubtedly stop at various stops to marvel at the beautiful landscapes. Explore the cedar forest of Azrou to take photos of the jungle and the monkeys living there. Have lunch in Midelt.

We will return to the way crossing the high Atlas Mountains and pause to refresh and snap pictures of Hassan Addakhil dam, situated at the Ziz River, about 10km from Errachidia. The purpose of this dam is to regularize the wadi to carry out the Ziz Valley agricultural and Tafilalet lands development. Also, to provide flood protection. Set off southward from Errachidia, stopping for a panoramic view of Ziz Valley.

Then onward to the Merzouga Desert, the starting point for an evening desert riding camels through the dunes to the camp in the middle of the Sahara Desert. Enjoy the sandboarding and the spectacular desert sunset. Enjoy a traditional dinner, singing and dancing to the rhythms of African drums. Spend overnight camping under the shining stars at your well-appointed Berber-style encampment.

Day 6 Merzouga - Rissani - Todrah Gorges - Skoura

One of the most iconic Saharan Desert experiences is waking up to an incredible sunrise over the never-ending sand dunes. Breakfast and set off to Rissani, where you will see the authentic Moroccan flavor and other colorful souks.

After that, we depart towards Tinghir, passing by the oasis of Erfoud and Tinejdad to get to the spectacular Todra Gorges. In this place, you can walk along the stream and admire the rock walls of the massive mountains with blue sky.

It’s a chance to take lovely photos because Todgha Gorges is one of the most picturesque places in Morocco, filled with groves of fruit trees, traditional Berber architecture, and friendly people. Dades Valley offers a very unique and insightful experience. For this reason, we recommend you spend that night in a hotel in this amazing place.

Continuation to Skoura Oasis via Kelaat M-gouna. The way will take us along the One Thousand Kasbahs. You will catch a spectacular view of a vast valley dotted with a small oasis and hundreds of ancient fortifications

Day 7 Skoura - Marrakech

Having breakfast in the morning, we continue our tour by heading straight to Marrakech via Ouarzazate.

Once we arrive in Ouarzazate, we will explore the Atlas Film Studios, one of the largest movie studios in the world in terms of land area. Several historical movies and TV series were shot here, including Gladiator, Game of Thrones, and Prison Break.

Next, visit the famous UNESCO site of Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. Have lunch in a typical restaurant. Enjoy the gorgeous High Atlas Mountains over our entire view. You will admire the breathtaking scenery passing through the Atlas Mountains and small Berber villages.

Stop at worth-stopping stations, such as the Tizi N’Tichka. It’s a mountain pass that reaches 2260 meters above sea level. By the evening, we get to Marrakech and drive you to check into your riad or hotel.

Day 8 Marrakech

Breakfast at the hotel. Full day city tour of Marrakech.

Starts by visiting El Bahia Palace, the greatest of its time. The name means brilliance. We’ll continue our historical quest with a visit to the Saadian dynasty Sultan Ahmad al-Mansur.

Next, we'll head to the ruined palace of El Badi. We will go to the Ben Youssef Madra to gain a deeper insight into the Moroccan Islamic culture. Enjoy a tasty lunch. Then, move to the Majorelle Gardens, designed by the French artist Jacques Majorelle.

After visiting the Majorelle Gardens, we will move to the mosque of Koutoubia. Here, we will try to reconstruct with our imagination what Marrakech looked like hundreds of years ago when this mosque stood close to the Jemaa el-Fna. Overnight and accommodation will be in the riad.

Day 9 Marrakech - Rabat

After breakfast we will leave Marrakech and make our way towards Rabat, one of the four imperial cities. Going via Casablanca and stopping to refresh and visit the majestic mosque of Hassan II, the largest mosque in Africa and the 5th largest in the world, a maximum of 105,000 worshippers can gather together for prayer.

Next, after lunch, we will return to the road along the Atlantic Coast, enjoying the views of Moroccan beaches. Once in Rabat, the administrative capital of Morocco, we will tour the city emblem, Hassan Tower. It’s a tower that reaches 44m and is surrounded by 384 columns, the largest mosque of its time, but the death of Sultan Yakoub El Manssour stopped the construction.

We will also visit the Mohamed V Mausoleum and the Oudayas Kasbah. Dating from the 10th century, the Kasbah offers scenic views of the beach of Rabat. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 10 Rabat - Tangier
